Step by step

  1. Open the Accounts screen and press Add account.
  2. Pick the network.
  3. Sign in with the Google account that owns the channel and approve Postia.
  4. The channel appears on the Accounts screen and can be picked in the composer straight away.

Access can be withdrawn at any time in the network's own settings, under connected or authorized apps. Postia then shows the channel as needing a new connection.

Why was my post refused by YouTube?

YouTube needs a video. A post without one cannot go there, and the composer says so before you send. The text becomes the description, up to 5000 characters.

What does a crosspost rule send on from YouTube?

The title, a few lines and the picture. A video itself is never sent on, from any network — only the words and pictures around it.

A post says "Partly failed". What does that mean?

It reached some of its channels and not others. Open the post: every destination is listed with what happened to it, and a failed one carries the network's own error message.

Nothing is retried behind your back. Fix the cause, then send the post again to the channels that missed it.
