Terms of service
What you can expect from Postia, and what Postia expects from you. Written to be read rather than to be scrolled past.
Last updated 9 September 2026.
The short of it. Postia publishes what you tell it to publish, to accounts you connected yourself. What you post is yours and stays your responsibility. You can stop paying at any time and keep everything you have made. We do not read your drafts for any purpose other than sending them where you asked.
1. Who this agreement is with
Postia is made and operated by KVLK Studio — Danylo Kovalenko, an individual entrepreneur (ФОП) registered in Ukraine under tax number 3620110199, of 15A Arkhitektora Nikolaieva St., Kyiv 02226, Ukraine. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that business, and "you" means the person or organisation using the service.
Using Postia means accepting these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you are saying you are allowed to.
2. What the service is
Postia takes a post you have written and publishes it to social accounts and websites you have connected: at present Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Tumblr, Flickr, Mastodon, Bluesky, Discord, Medium, WordPress, Blogger, Ghost, Shopify and DEV. It can schedule that post for later, apply a watermark to its images, append a signature, add hashtags, and record what happened to each destination afterwards.
Postia is a tool that acts on your instruction. It does not write posts for you, choose what to publish, or publish anything you have not scheduled.
3. Your account
- An account is opened with an email address. There is no password: you sign in with a one-time code sent to that address, so keeping access to the mailbox is what keeps the account yours.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- One person, or one organisation, per account. You may connect as many channels as your plan allows.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 16.
4. The networks are not ours
Telegram, Meta and WordPress are separate services with their own terms, their own rules about what may be posted, and their own limits on what an application may do on your behalf. Connecting an account to Postia does not change any of that.
- A network can refuse a post, rate-limit an account, revoke a connection or close it entirely, and Postia cannot overrule any of those decisions.
- Networks change their interfaces. A feature that works today may need reconnecting, or may stop being possible, because the network changed it.
- Where a network's rules and these terms disagree about what you may publish there, the network's rules decide.
We report what a network told us, including its errors, and we do not retry a failed publication on your behalf.
5. What you publish
Your content stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store it, process it, and transmit it to the destinations you selected.
You confirm that you have the right to publish what you send, including rights in any image, and that it does not break the law where you are or where it is being published. You must not use Postia to send unlawful material, material that infringes someone else's rights, or bulk unsolicited messaging.
We do not review posts before they go out. If we are told that something published through Postia is unlawful, we may remove it from the service and, if it is serious or repeated, suspend the account.
6. Plans, payment and the trial
- Every new account starts with 14 days on the Studio plan, with everything switched on. No payment details are asked for, and nothing begins charging when it ends.
- When the trial ends the account moves to the free plan: one channel and ten posts a month. Nothing you have made is deleted.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in euros. A yearly plan costs ten months' money for twelve months' service.
- Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who sell Postia to you as the merchant of record. Your contract for the payment itself is with Paddle, and their terms apply to it. We never see or store your card details.
- Any sales tax or VAT your country charges is calculated by Paddle at the checkout and shown before you pay.
Prices can change. An increase never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will say so in the app before it affects a renewal.
7. Stopping
You can cancel a subscription at any time, from inside the app. It keeps working to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account moves to the free plan rather than closing. Refunds are covered by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
You can ask us to delete your account entirely, through support in the app. That removes your posts, your connected accounts and the tokens that went with them.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that is being used unlawfully, that is abusing the service in a way that degrades it for other people, or that has been the subject of a credible legal complaint. Where circumstances allow it, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to put it right.
9. Availability
We work to keep Postia running and to publish scheduled posts on time, but we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted. Maintenance, a failure at a hosting provider, or an outage at one of the networks can all delay or prevent a publication.
Postia is not a system of record. Keep your own copy of anything you would be sorry to lose.
10. Liability
Postia is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for the consequences of a post that a network delayed, refused, or published differently from what you expected.
Where we are liable, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for a consumer's statutory rights.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms as the service changes. The date at the top says when they last moved. A change that materially affects you will be announced in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use Postia after that is how the new terms are accepted. If you would rather not accept them, you can cancel.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim there.
13. Getting in touch
Support lives inside the app, under Support, and a message sent there reaches us with the context of your account attached. That is the fastest route for anything about your account, a payment, or a post that did not go out.
