A plan is a count, not a catalogue.

What you are buying

Postia is a subscription to a hosted service. You write a post once, pick the channels it goes to, and Postia publishes it at the hour you chose — to Telegram, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and a dozen more, your own WordPress site among them. It watermarks the images, appends your signature, and records what each network did with the post afterwards.

There is nothing to install and nothing to download. A paid plan raises two numbers: how many channels you may connect, and how many posts may go out in a calendar month.

What counts as a channel, and what counts as a post

A channel is one connected destination: one Telegram channel, one Facebook Page, one Instagram account, one Threads profile, one WordPress site. Connecting Facebook brings across every Page you administer, and each Page you switch on is a channel.

A post is one publication that actually left Postia. Drafts are free and unlimited. One post sent to four channels counts as four, because it is four publications. A post a network refused does not count.

The trial

Every new account starts on fourteen days of Studio with everything switched on. It asks for no card, so there is nothing to cancel: when the fourteen days are up the account moves to the free plan on its own and everything you made stays where it is.

Currency

Euros. The figures above are what Postia charges before tax.

Tax

Whatever your country charges is worked out at the checkout and shown to you before you pay, on top of the price above.

How often

Monthly or yearly, whichever you choose at the checkout. A yearly plan costs ten months' money for twelve months' service.

Renewal

A subscription renews by itself at the end of each period, at the same price, until you stop it. Paddle emails you a receipt each time.

Price changes

A price that changes is announced before it takes effect and never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Changing your mind

You can change plan or stop paying at any time, from inside the app. A subscription you stop keeps working to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account falls back to the free plan — it is not closed, and nothing you have made is deleted.

Moving up a plan takes effect immediately. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you are in, so you keep what you have paid for.

The refund policy says when money comes back, including the fourteen days after a first payment in which it comes back for no reason at all.

Who takes the payment

Postia is sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as the merchant of record. They take the payment, issue the invoice, handle the tax, and process any refund. Card details are entered on Paddle's checkout and never reach Postia — see the privacy page for what does.

Who you are buying from

Postia is made and operated by KVLK Studio — Danylo Kovalenko, an individual entrepreneur (ФОП) registered in Ukraine under tax number 3620110199, of 15A Arkhitektora Nikolaieva St., Kyiv 02226, Ukraine. The terms of service are the agreement a subscription is bought under.
