# Postia

> Postia is a hosted scheduling and cross-posting service. You write a post once and it publishes to Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and a dozen more networks, your own WordPress site included, at the hour you picked. Every network is on every plan, the free one included; a plan decides how many channels you keep and how many posts go out a month. New accounts get 14 days of the Studio plan, no card required.

Postia runs in the browser at https://my.postia.app/ — there is nothing to install. Sign-in is by email: you type your address and receive a six-digit code (valid ten minutes); the same flow registers and signs in. It is made by KVLK Studio (Danylo Kovalenko, a registered sole trader in Kyiv, Ukraine). Payments are taken by Paddle as the merchant of record.

Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Cuts, Pinterest, Mastodon, Bluesky, Discord, Medium, WordPress, Blogger, Ghost, Shopify, DEV. Reddit, Tumblr and Flickr are coming soon. The live list, with each network's formatting and length rules, is read from the product at https://my.postia.app/networks.json.

Network rules worth knowing:

- Instagram needs at least one picture and only publishes to professional (business or creator) accounts linked to a Facebook Page.
- YouTube and TikTok need a video; Pinterest needs a picture.
- Telegram channels connect by adding the Postia bot as an administrator, or by bringing your own bot token (stored encrypted).
- WordPress sites connect through the Postia plugin, from the plugin directory or as a zip: https://my.postia.app/downloads/postia-wordpress.zip

## Features

- Scheduling in your own timezone, with a visible queue showing what happened to each post on each network, including the network's own error.
- Watermarks sized as a share of the image width, so they sit the same on any image.
- Cross-posting rules: forward between Telegram channels instead of copying, or add a link back to the original.
- Hashtag sets, with per-network overrides.
- Signatures appended on publish, skippable per post.
- Shareable post previews for approval, rendered per network, no account needed, revocable.
- Analytics: delivery stats from Postia's own records, and daily audience figures from the networks. Numbers a network does not report are left blank, not estimated.

What Postia does not do: it never posts on its own or generates content, it does not silently retry failed posts, and when a trial or subscription ends the account drops to the free plan with nothing deleted.

## Plans

Prices in euros, before tax; a yearly plan costs ten months.

- Free: 1 channel, 10 posts a month, forever.
- Solo: €7/month or €70/year — 3 channels, 100 posts a month, analytics, cross-posting rules.
- Studio: €19/month or €190/year — 10 channels, 1000 posts a month, everything in Solo. The trial runs on this plan.
- Agency: €49/month or €490/year — unlimited channels and posts, priority support.

A channel is one connected destination (one Telegram channel, one Facebook Page, one WordPress site). A post counts once per channel it actually reached; drafts and refused posts do not count.
